So I've been working on Loremaster lately. I finished Northrend and all of Outlands other than Shadowmoon Valley, the situation there is a little bit amusing. While all other places work almost perfectly, most Shadowmoon quests are bugged. Did they forget about Shadowmoon or abandon it to work on it at some later time? I don't know, but I would like to hopefully call some attention to it due to the fact that you can't complete it, in fact, I'm pretty sure you can't even complete it with a faction change. I managed to complete 44 quests there as a Scryer, I haven't yet changed to Aldor because I know it won't give me 46 more quests so I'd rather wait to do it later. Anyway, the quests I've found that are bugged are listed below:
Besieged!
(the infernals don't spawn at all)
Battle Of The Crimson Watch
(the mobs you need to kill do not spawn at all)
Enraged Spirits of Fire And Earth
(killing the mobs near the totem does not count for the quest)
Teron Gorefiend, I Am...
(the mob you have to kill does not spawn at all and after abandoning it, I can't accept the quest again)
A Necessary Distraction
(using the item on the mob does absolutely nothing)
Kindness
(the drakes won't come down to feed, no matter what you do)
Escape From Coiliskar Cistern
(the npc does not follow you and escaping the cave on your own doesn't complete it either)
Thwart The Dark Conclave
(no matter where you stand, you can't use the quest item to complete the quest)
Does anybody know a work around for any of these quests? Or can any staff member comment if the devs will be working on these soon? Loremaster is an achievement I've been hoping to get for about 6 years now, but I've never been able to get it due to bugs. Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated.

This also seem to be the case of Lordaeron at least I can confirm :
- Beseiged (used to work there)
- Teron Gorefiend, I am (His Ancient Shadowmoon Spirit version does not spawn at all)
- A Necessary Distraction (tried Aldor's version and didn't work a long time ago)
- Kindness (When I did it sometimes this happens, last report indicates this though)
- Enraged Spirits of Fire and Earth (Recently tried, didn't work)

Most of them are already reported on bug tracker and nobody seems to know a work around, tried to get people to vote it up, but the devs don't seem to go by highest voted, so I was hoping this thread would make somebody realize how awful the Shadowmoon situation is. I'm slightly desperate, lol.

Yo, been working on the quests in shadowmoon for acouple of weeks now. and im pretty stuck at 85/90. Have looked into every single quest here.. Even tried to switch to Aldor rep aswell now, but cant seem to get any quests there either..
Any news? u got the achievement now or did u give up? :)

Gave up...there is no way to complete it, and they haven't even looked at fixing it.

Can confirm, besieged infernals do not spawn.
