Pandaria Character stuck in Western Plaguelands

Hello!

My 38 lvl undead monk Hile is stuck in Western Plaguelands. I tried every unstuck method - ingame, heartstone, on the website, but it didn't work. Every time I try to use it, it says: "can't do that while moving". Character is somewhere underground and it got stuck when I entered the Random Dungeon Finder party it found for me. I opened a ticket, and it's active for 24 hours now. I would like to continue playing on my monk, so if anyone can help me I would be very grateful. Best regards!
