will icc and toc be buffed even tho it has 4 difficulties?

Seems like a pretty pointless question considering ToC does not even have a release date yet, ICC is so far away that any information given now could be incorrect down the line.

Guessing it will stick with the realms design though for increased difficulty via health and damage.
