Mop Mage spec and dps for pve

Hi all

I would like to play mage mainly i would like to do TOT and SOO raids.
Which spec is the best for PVE here?
How is mage dps compare to other classes?

frost or arcane but mostly frost atm

very sad news about mage,fire is totally unplayable because ignite resets with each new spell instead of stacking like hunter explosive shot which is working fine,arcane was very good earlier and after some update its nerfed to bottom,frost is only one okayish but still low compared to others with equal gear, best pve specs are combat rogue / destro warlock / bm hunter / fury warrior / elemental shaman / shadow priest / ww monk, honorable mentions to druids because they are very rare dps class in raid and need specific gear to be playable and also skill

if you want to play mage you can only do pvp because they are cancer xD
