So, I've had this idea and IMHO it'd be pretty cool.
You know how when you're trying to hit an enemy player that's, let's say, 20 levels above you, you can never hit them and will always miss your attack?
Well why? Isn't this totally unrealistic and really just a big bullsh*t?
How about removing the entire "the bigger the level, the bigger the chance to miss" thing?
Imagine this scenario:
You are leveling in Stranglethorn Vale as a level 33. You get ganked by a level 60. You call 15 of your friends. With great difficulties, you gank the 60 level that killed you. Two of you remain alive, but no matter, because you have accomplished what you wanted - you got your revenge.
I don't think this would break any other in game mechanics, and if anything, it would only help things. As of right now, you are not able to even attack a higher level under any circumstances - with the mechanic removed, you would at least have a "fair" chance (meaning that yes you can hit them even if just for 5 damage, but the CHANCE is there)
Please tell me what you think about this. Thanks :))
EDIT: This is not really a suggestion, just an idea, hence why I didn't post it in the Suggestions forum.
I have no clue why would they implement it, personally.
How about the fact that it's simply illogical and irrational that a low level has exactly no chance at all against a higher level? With this, the chance would be there. Not big, but still.
