Well, I'm sending this message on a friend's account because your website is not letting me log in with any of the three accounts I made (made three because it wasn't letting me in with the first one).
Basically the issue is that I created the first account, inmediately tried to log in and the website told me that either the account name or the password was incorrect. Then I decided to recover my password with the tool on the website: It told the that the account name didn't exist... so I decided to recover the account name using the same tool (had to enter the same email address I entered before): It told me that the email address provided didn't exist in your database. I was like: "ok, if it doesn't exist, then that means the account never got created, let's create it again... tried to create a second account using the same email address, that, according to your website wasn't registered, but then the website told me that the email entered was already registered...
So... I gave up on that account and created a second one with a new username and email... the story repeated.
So, in short, I feel your website is like a girl, it can't decide wether the account is there or not.
I didn't post the accounts' names because I'm not sure if I can do that according to your rules, so I would like to know how can I get help about it.
Did you activate any of the accounts through the emails? You're supposed to create the account, then check the email to finish registering the account, and then you would be able to log in.
