WotLK Is cross Faction tracking allowed?

One horde druid is tracking me somehow and knows everywhere and comes and kills me.I suspect that he has a ally character and tracks me with that.

Most likely that is what he is doing. Dual boxing is allowed. Make a horde character and track him.

feels more like a clever use of what the game provides you with, not an exploit or abuse, plus there's really not much anyone could do about it or even to prove it in the first place since it could easily be a friend of his doing this
