WotLK Vampiric Touch spell timer question

Hi,
I am a shadow priest and I have some addons. This addon can show the spell time for devouring plague.
for Vampiric touch, I can see this skill is casted on the mob. but I can't see the spell time in the spell timer with devouring plague.
can you show me the method or some addon to show vampiric touch's spell timer, thanks..

another question if anyone can answer,
my WOW will always crash with the warning of lacking of memory, is there a solution for this issue?

Can't help with second problem...

The crashes with the warning of lacking memory I believe are due the the new models, try downloading the old models and see if that clears things up for you.
