What happened to my donation items?

I donated like $40 to get some transmog items, but i can't find them anywhere. Can someone tell me what happened? I just logged on for the first time in a couple months and I can't seem to find information on transmog items dissapearing. That's insane if I lose $40 worth of stuff..

I read that, but i still don't see where it says anything about people getting compensated for spending money on things they just deleted. Am i missing anything or is it just all gone and a waste of money spent?

somewhere a forum moderator said players who donated will get a refund, maybe now you have more coins than before?

I don't think they are refunding anything. both my VIP account has been removed along with the mogs. totally insane
