What is the difference between the two servers? I can't really find the rates about these or how bugged/scripted both servers are. I am also wondering abouth the PvE of both servers because I like raidong. All instances and stuff are opened en working?

They have the same Fixes.
Icecrwon: x7 exp rate. x3 rate for anything else ( drop and honor is x1).
All instances and content are opened
Lordaeron is x1 rate for everything. They are at ToC at the moment so ICC still need to be released and it has some custom changes:
1. No heirloom
2. No RDF
3. Raid Bosses with higher HP ( maybe even higher dmgs, i do not know)

Basically:
Lordaeron x1, no heirloom, no rdf (as it was also at that point in progression at retail), buffed bosses, no OP donors.
Icecrown: x7 exp, x3 gold and rep and drop rates, x1 honor, full bis donors running around, pvp is unplayable cos of it and in pve expect to be asked to have 7 k gs to do hogger.

Yeah, for a server that focuses so much on PVP, Icecrown is not that much better than Lord at it. Also, consider that Lord is half the pop yet the ratings are so close. There are always raids and arenas going on Lordaeron and there seems to be a steady rise in the pop since all the PVE nerfs took place. Que times for arenas is literally several seconds which is not a long wait time. Also the current pop of Lord is a large 5000-6000+ Which is larger than Every EU retail realm besides maybe Outland. These are the numbers for any of you Anarchists out there.

if you want to level slow play lord.
plain and simple. you will find pve and pvp on both realms. and you will also find *****s on both. pick how fast you want to level and go play.
