I suggest that Bone-Link Fetish be enabled for rogues to purchase again, it was enabled in the past and lots of rogues still have it.
I know that some people disagree with this because of the damage proc, but I don't believe it shouldn't even be in the store and i'm sure there are rogues who are willing to buy it.
These are suggestions that could prevent just any rogue from getting it:

Making a time-played requirement for the purchase.
Possibly a needed donation rank, Honored or Exalted for example.

Yeah but make it work in arenas only if you have Firelord and Savior title.

so rogues can not buy it atm? I mean the trinket itself isn't really marked for specific classes in the marketplace. Imagine people donate for 40 coins just to find out that their class is not eligible to actually buy it.

They should at least set a note which classes can buy it, or simply enable it for everyone (since some rogues still have it).

btw. increasing the cost is ridiculous because we are talking about 40$ for a trinket already.
