Unable to capture screenshots or record Combat Logs on WotLK client.
This is an issue that's been persisting for me for close to 3 weeks now.
Basically, whenever I save in-game screenshots or combat logs (via the /combatlog function), I get the appropriate messages in-game telling me that the files have been saved. Yet when I look in my WoW folder, they're not there. I first noticed this happening close to 3 weeks ago, and I can't think of what might have caused this. I did upgrade to windows 10 around that period - that's the only thing I can think of. My Retail client can continue to take combat logs and screenshots just fine; it's just the WotLK one that has this issue.
Any thoughts on how I could go about fixing this, and whether the screenshots/combatlogs are in fact being saved somewhere else?
This is caused by win 10. Havint figured out how exactly to fix this, but i figured the way arround it.
When u make a screenshot, windows itself saves a pic in some kind of his unique form, but then, you need to act with it same way as you would just screenshot ur desktop while not ingame. Download paint, open it. After you made screenshot, paste it in paint(ctrl+V or just paste with right click). And then savu ur pic. Ofc the screenshot will be your fullscreen, so if u made it while in windowed mode, your background stuff will be seen so editing might be needed.
