Account Retrieval

Hello Admin/Staff/Moderators/GM,

I am writing this message with regards to my previous account. I just came back in playing wow and I can't log in my previous account. I remember after Molten was wipe, I was able to retrieve my accounts and was able to use as well the free instant level that time and my COINS as well. I am not sure if after that the server has been wipe again or not.

So, my problem is how can I retrieve my DONATOR account and my other account that I am using before. I still have the emails, the previous account name and password but I can't log in. I've been searching on where to post my concern and I can't find one.

So, please please someone help me.. I definitely wanted to go back playing here in Molten or Warmane rather.
