Does it really take more than 1 day to show me proof why I got banned?

First I get banned while not even being online,then i have to wait days for something to happen about my case?Then after it turns out to be a fake bann,the most I can expect is a reply like this: "This is an unfortunate mistake" ,not even a "sorry" will be in the reply I'm sure.
