WotLK One of my accounts was banned for advertising? I need help asap

Hello, I am a multiboxer on warmane and have been a donor since pre-warmane times. I have five accounts that I play regularly and abide by the server rules always. I just went to log on to my accounts and one of my five accounts are banned due to advertising. This is incorrect and I need to try and get it resolved as soon as possible please.

I do no type of advertising whatsoever, in fact in any conversation if I have ever mentioned a website or link it would have been a reference to the warmane forums. Also my accounts are secure, nobody else has access to them whatsoever.

Please I plead with the staff to look into this immediately. I will await in game with an open ticket as well, since this is one of the only days of the week I have all day to play :)

EDIT: I would also like to add that this is my fifth account, which is usually reserved for my healer characters, so it is very important to me, also it is not my main account which is the one I mainly chat from in game. I am also doing a thorough virus scan in the meantime to see if there are any issues, but there should not be.

I am still just thinking how this could have happened as I have been on all my accounts pretty much most of the weekend, and last night and this morning I was on new characters which only hit lvl 10 last night before I was disconnected (cannot even whisper until lvl 19) then when I logged on them this morning I noticed they had been rolled back to like lvl 6, I leveled them again to lvl 10 and logged off to go to church, now when I get back is when this one account is banned. I am not only upset but just downright confused.

really strange that more and more ppl gets banned for "advertising",but ofc you wont get help on forum,you need to open a ticket on the website,thats what they said to me

Well so far I have been waiting at my computer for 4-5 hours, refreshing my support ticket on the website, also still have an in game ticket open which the wait time has went down to 1 hr 35 minutes then back up to 1 hour 40 minutes and back and forth for the past 2+ hours. No responses anywhere and waiting the the community manager to open chat on the horde side when he/she is done with the alliance side to see if I can get any insight.

This is weird as I have played these five accounts on a daily basis, I do not advertise anything, and only one of my five accounts (probably the one least chatted from) is the one that is banned. My system is completely free of any viruses or trojans, I do not buy gold or go to any weird or hacking sites, and know how to spot phishing emails from a mile away.

It completely baffles me as to why this would be happening. Especially to just one of my five accounts. If it was a keylogger thing they would have the info to all five of my accounts. I can't even look in my account history to see if it was used maybe from a different IP address, in the case that it was brute forced....

Like someone above mentioned, no one on forum can help you with this, you will have to wait for a reply from support. Keep in mind that ban appeal tickets have lowest priority so sometimes it can take up to few days to get a reply.
