Pandaria character stuck and dead in middle of nowhere, cant use heartstone

can someone help me teleporting me back on land cause i was flying to silvermoon city, then i got stuck and when i restarted the game, the flying creature started flying middle of nowhere and then i fell from that creature on middle of the ocean and died,restarted the game, i was on graveyard and i cant use heartstone or anything, cant even see my charecter tho.

you have to port your character from the website. go to my account>services>pick your realm/char>pick 'free'>use the unstuck button
