Easy to play on decent level. There is a ton of small things you can add once you master basics as well.
Depends on the expansion, since this thread doesn't indicate which. Holy is significantly easier to play in Wrath than it is in Cata or MoP.
What would be easy to play/learn heal in Cata/MoP?
I wouldn't call anything "difficult to play", to be honest, but Discipline Priest is definitely the easiest healer to play in those expansions.
Depends what kind of play you refer to. Holy Pala is the hardest class to heal 5 man heroics with. In WotLK at least.
Holy paladins are ******edly easy to play. In WoTLK:
-Macro all of your heals to be mouseover so you dont have to click every person you have to heal, so that you're able to:
-Stay in melee range as much as you safely can to auto attack and get infinite mana back from Seal of Wisdom.
-Beacon of light the tank.
-Sacred shield the tank.
-Know approximately how much your Holy Light/Flash of Light heal so you overheal the least possible and manage mana well (most overhealing is inevitable because of Beacon anyway).
-Use the utility spells Blizzard gave you. What is Hand of Sacrifice/Freedom/etc?
-Endgame you just stack int and spam holy light and when your mana gets a little low you pop divine plea+wings and watch your mana go back to 100% with no drawback on healing.
Cata:
-idk lol just stack int/spirit and dump holy power on Light of Dawn i guess.

As a holy pally I prefer to keep beacon on myself, cause even during live that was a big fall off as a healer, forget to heal myself. Addon can help, more than the shift+V option I use. sacred shield every minute. divine plea on CD
lol no.
Terrible advice.
Int and spirit are good for obvious reasons, but there are other stats to get too. Light of Dawn is the weakest spell the paladin has access to.
I use healbot for my healing toons.
And any healing spec can become easy once you know how it works for example I find holy priest easy.
