Cataclysm Is Cataclysm or Mists worth playing?

I was playing Cata simply as I like the worgen race and goblin who are not playable in Lich of course.

Took 3 goes of starting a character, quest bugged and deleting and restarting to get out of Gilneas city then when I got to the Night Elf area the flight path was bugged so had to swim, and die a few times as fatigue before getting to next town to find a few quests there undoable.

So is Mists any better or is it worse?

buggy quests and non-self-exploring flight points is about the norm for cata, but at least the endgame content... ehm, kinda works... Mists even stupid class colors in chat don't work, talk about working... plus endgame raid isn't even open yet and heroic mode on currently last raids is still being worked on?... basically MoP might be playable in a year or better, 2... while cata is at least working fine when you actually reach 85

as for quests... not really aware of any properly "bugged" ones but there are a few (unneeded) buggy as hell quests in goblin starter zone...
worgen chain (unless recently fixed) is a little bit of a run when you get to the chariot vehicle and you're left behind... you kind of need to use Darkflight and run like hell after the chariot hopefully not getting too far behind to get locked behind a door but other than that it's pretty decent
