I'm experiencing enormous amounts of lag in Frostwolf. Once I log in, everything freezes and I get locked in a state where everybody "runs on the same place" for a few minutes until I automatically disconnect.
I know it's not my internet connection, everything's working fine on my end and I don't have this problem in Cataclysm. I didn't test Sargeras because I don't have any character there (and they cannot be created because of the merge). Also, most of my friends can play without any lag issue.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? It was perfectly fine yesterday.
UPDATE: Tried another account and it's working completely fine, already deleted Cache/WTF folder but it's still the same. What's happening?

Lately there's lag in warmane is incredible , suddenly I'm fine to 170ms (which is usually that charge as long ) and then shoot 1000ms . I suggest we should correct that, and I do test internet and I get the result that I'm fine.

Like I said, everything works fine with another account, so I assume this is on Warmane's end.

you assume WRONG. if the lag would be on BOTH accounts, then it may have to do something with warmane servers.
since its only on ONE ACCOUNT, then THE LAG IS ON YOUR SIDE alone
I actually don't have any lag issues. it may be the region you are in, or most likely the configuration of that one account

No need to go ALL CAPS TO MAKE EMPHASIS. It's not like I'm blaming Warmane.
Now about the problem. I haven't changed anything config-related so I don't consider it an issue. The account lags on all the computers I've tested it (All on the same network) while the other account didn't lag, so I ASSUME it must be an account problem related to MoP (Like I said, it doesn't lag on cataclysm). I don't think it's the region, the last region-related issue I had happened when Molten still existed and it affected all my accounts.
"Maybe it's the client". Perhaps, but shouldn't most of the account-client-related issues be fixed once you delete the Cache/WTF folders?
Nobody is complaining in global but I saw a post about this same issue a few days ago, sadly I cannot find it.
P.S: The latency always stays at low levels. It doesn't increase at all.Edited: July 1, 2015

I am actually having the exact same problem since yesterday. Yesterday I was playing fine in the morning, then suddenly my latency went up slowly to 2000 ms. I got tired and logged out. Several hours later y reconnected and i wouldn't pass the first "state", where nothing loads up, not even my name (says "unknown") and it has been like that until now.

I created a new character (DK) and started doing the first quests where you are where the Lich King is, there was some annoying lag but I could at least play, but on my main characters its impossible.
I've been playing on Frostwolf for around 2 or 3 weeks now, and this just happened suddenly yesterday.
Edit: Now I can't even get past loading screen, when the loading finishes that the music goes off, it just stays there.Edited: July 1, 2015

Deleted Cache and WTF, that should fix any addon problem.
Stop being such a nitpicker, you're getting more annoying than the generic SJW
Pretty much my same problem, all my characters on the same account lag for no apparent reason, the names don't even load up.

Reconnected recently (after deleting cache) and I can connect, wait for around 5 minutes that everything loads up, then I can play with lag, but I can play decently. No idea what is going on.

There seems to be less lag today, I only have to wait like 1 minute to use an item.
