Can't register a guild

Guys, help me please, i have a signed guild charter, but i can't register my guild. "Register a guild" option is not clickable at Guild Master, what can I do?

First, try without any addons enabled.

Second, the name may be taken already, so try to name it something else. But choose something serious, because you'll be stuck with that once you register the charter. If it's still unclickable now, then the error lies elsewhere.
