Pandaria Can't enter world.

Ok, I have tried to log into 5 toons so far. 4 of which after the loading screen after Entering world, the game freezes. all of these toons are in Shrine of Seven Stars, or Stormwind.
the 5th is a lvl 22 horde. which seems to log in fine in Orgrimmar.
It doesnt crash, the game freezes. and asks me if i want to wait for the game to respond, or just close it.
i've even left the game for 30 mins to see if it responds. but nothing. i've unstucked on website, which was from Stormwind to Shrine, and nothing.
I understand there has been issues with Trade district and the Sha mobs in Vale, but Dwarven district and shrine have never been an issue.
Any help will be great.

Delete cache, use website unstuck. If that fails, update drivers. If that fails, reinstall.

I've found out its only the characters i have in Shrine of Seven Stars or Stormwind, 100%
2 toons also lvl 90 were logged at the pvp vendor on serpents spine, and in Dalaran, they worked fine. its just 4 of my characters i use the most which i cannot use
I tried deleting cache and nothing happened..
