    Important game data?

    Does anyone know by any chance what's up with those in-game downloads ("Important/Core game data is currently being downloaded" with little loading alike circle in middle top of the screen. Can be green/yellow/red, depending of type of data being downloaded)? I did BackGround Download before beggining of the gameplay just to avoid this terrible gaming experience with blue walls (parts of the map missing I guess) appearing everywhere and fps running terribly low. It never gets past 63%. Also tried /consule bgloadthrottle "0" or SET bgloadthrottle "0" in config.wtf.
