1. Hello, Need Admin or GM to help me with this problem!

    Hello,

    I just got banned 4 months ago on the website account. That means i can use my account in game but i cant use services from account panel. ( Vote, Character Merge, Donations, etc)

    First thing, i really dont know why i got banned, i didnt used cheats, i didnt spam or afk or other else.. Can someone give me a print with my mistake ?
    And i cant create ticket for ban appeal too.

    Please, be fair with community, and with me too, and unban my account, or give me some proofs with what i did. I'm asking for proofs because there cant be proofs as much as i just played the game.

  2. The IP address you use is banned, not your account. This happens when GMs IP-ban accounts, like for advertising (you share an IP address with many other people AKA NAT). Try the following:

    Open CMD as administrator. Type ipconfig /release and hit enter. Type ipconfig /renew and hit enter. Now go into Network and Sharing Center -> Change adapter settings -> Disable your Local Area Connection and then re-enable it.

    You should now have a new IP address and your website account unbanned. If the above doesn't work for you, try also power cycling the modem or gateway, if you have one.

    I think its not about IP, because i try to loggin in different places ( friends home, lan parties etc).
    So, someone have to unban me, because its not normal. I didnt use something wrong.

    Please help me to fix it !

  4. If you're still able to login in-game, like you say you can, then you aren't banned. This is definitely an IP address conflict where the IP you're using was banned, thus resulting in you (and anyone else for that matter), not being able to access website features. The reason I'm so certain is because this exact issue happened to me about a year ago.

    Try contacting [email protected] via email. They may have some additional insight for you.

    But before you email, try logging into the website via proxy or vpn. If your account is actually banned, it should still state so. If not, it should look like business as normal.
