Technical Backup system

Hi. Today i tried to make acc backup and after 10 min its still at 0% and "please wait". Is this normal?

EDIT: Now i check and it was complate, i download webs file...so one question...i need to save this file on my PC and if i have acc problems i can use that file for acc restoration?

the reason why it was always at 0% it is because you just needed to refresh the page.
yes, save it on your PC but it can be used only in case of disaster from server side (like molte-down), not just when you delete for a mistake a character or whatever. Basically at 99% we will never need to use this backup but better safe than sorry I guess

Ok, thx for info. I know that system was made for situations like molt down, but i also thought you can use it for stolen acc or for restoration of stolen/deleted characters :P
