pvp honor gear, and the state of vendors in org, lots of questions [lordaeron]

hi

last hour i spent trying to decypher whats going on with honor vendors in hall of legends in org, and what gear to buy. i tried asking in global, and havent gotten a single straigthforward answer to most of my questions. so ill ask them here.

mind you, i didnt play wow for couple of years and i forgot exactly how things work with getting pvp gear.
also i'm honor capped atm, and i would like to start buying me some gear so here is the problem...
from wiki i managed to find out:

s5 - savage, hateful, deadly
s6 - furious
s7 - relentless
s8 - wrathful

i know you have to have certain ratings for certain pieces from arena, and you buy them for arena points (current season gear). also i know you can buy last seasons pieces for honor. this brings questions.
there are duplicate vendors in hall of legends, and one seems to be selling this item http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=42122 which is 84 resi trinket for 30k honor, and the other is selling the SAME item for 50k honor. the third vendor (not the duplicate) is selling this item http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=42126 which is a 108 resi trinket for 62k honor...
and frankly... here im lost

also a semi related question, does a new stronger resi trinket get released every new season?
also, since tomorrow s5 is ending, will s6 (furious) gear be available for sale for arena points, and deadly gear for honor?

and another question, current arena season set items are bought for arena points, and offset for honor or how does it exactly work?

can this atleast be moved to somewhere where it has even the slightest chance to be seen?

vendors are still not fixed, and some are selling exactly the same stuff for different honor prices. and since im ****ing afraid to buy ****, cause of what happened to some guys few days ago, when they bought some pvp gear and which got taken away without honor getting refunded, I REALLY, REALLY dont want anything similar to happen to me. and those duplicate vendors are just making a huge confusion. what are we supposed to do?
