Pandaria The devs messed[Blingtron 4000] with the last hotfix from yesterday

The Problem:
With Engeneering you can make this item [Blingtron 4000] which spawns Blingtron 4000 and this creature should give you quest. But after the last "hotfix" from 25 July 2016 the deves messed it with trying to fix something and now you can not take any quest from the creature.

There was one issue which was reported two days ago by me to Mmorpgrussia, but since developers broke it even more I wont report anything anymore.

Update: they changed the status of my report from unconfirmed to pending. Maybe they will fix this important issue. Well I hope so. Gonna wait a bit to see what will happen.

Well after the restart this is still not fixed.

You will need to wait till next daily quest reset for this change to show, also keep in mind that the quest is now account bound and can only be completed by a single character on your account each day.

Good. Everyone (not only engeneers) will be able to take the quest like should be? Two days ago only engeneers was able to get the quest and this was wrong.

Again you messed this important item.
When you receive the gift and you open it, YOU CAN NOT loot it but you wasted one day cooldown.
Also this quest SHOULD BE available for everyone, no matter if you have engeneering or not.
