Is Battle Shout bugged in WotLK?

The tooltip says I should be getting 685 attack from it, yet I when I actually check the buff, I only get 550.

Additionally, my racial ability Blood Fury tooltip states that it should be increasing my attack power by 6, despite me actually getting 332 from it.
