1. Loosing touch with WarMane

I am not sure where to post this. Rather I would have emailed it to WarMane or something, but my Accout told me that I cannot send those.

I started playing here when they were still Molten. They were very community oriented, with nice stuff that voting points could buy, and especially with game masters who would actually contact you if there was some issue.

Ever since Molten turned WarMane, I have witnessed distance increase between the staff and the community, which I find a pitty. Now, when we have issues, we need to push it all within the 512 characters of a ticket, and then receive a hardly satifactory reply which we cannot communicate any further about. Back at Molten's we would be chatted by a game master. And since pretty xmog stuff can only be bought spending actual cash now, I stopped collecting my daily points altogether. If only because I rescent them being based on achievement points. I play for leisure, not for achiefs.

Back in Molten I felt that I was in touch with the actual people there, while dealing with WarMane feels like dealing with some distant company.

The other day I sent a ticket telling WarMane that I found the isles which they seemed to have lost - which I was oviously kidding about of cause -. Instead of replying with a personal touch and a good laugh, I got some standard letter saying that I should visit the bug tracker.

It is not even necessarily WHAT WarMane does, but it's much in the flair with which they do it. Being a 2-fold guild leader I have many contacts of cause, and I see ever more people cross over to other servers.

And I would love to see the challenges back. Back in Molten guilds had a weekly cap. It took me 18 months to work up my first guild to level 25, and then we really were something. Over here level 25 hardly means much more than being there for over 3 months. Also I really find a x7 realm not that challenging.

For clarity's sake: I am definitely not writing this to offend anyone, neither players nor WarMane or any of its representatives, but it is something which I would like to communicate about with WarMane in more detail than a ticket or a forum post allows for.

I would sure appreciate being contacted about these issues.

With regards! (and I really mean that)

  2. Regards tickets - try messaging gms on forums. There the answer might come quicker and you are talking directly to the person + w/o character limit.
Regards the bugs - well, not sure what else did you expect. They dont go to tickets, they really should be reported in the bug tracker.
Regards vote shop - I believe they did rethink this and remained with this decision. If none is able to get the item then you arent loosing anything, so... Not sure what's bad in this.
Remember 2014? That's when there was no communication. Since 2015 excactly the communication reappeared.
Most people wanted medium rate realms, so the only MoP realm is such as well. You might not consider it a challenge, yet adjustable rates would make problems with gold etc, if they were to lower rates alltogether, more complaints would come. So they just leave it as it is.

  3. The impression now seems to be that I wanted to start a general discussion about the subject. However, I intended to get in touch with WarMane. I will not address this matter any further on the forums. Neither shall I visit this topic again here on the forum.

    With more regards,

    Shiarta

  4. So you made a false ticket even though it clearly says they have a lot of tickets so pease dont fuk us with useless, million tiems answered, FALSE, tickets ?

Molten had it's issues, but it was so fun to play there and spam the forums (which at the time was very much alive). Ach, the golden days when Kaer used to chat with ppl on global and post silly stuff on forums (╯︵╰,)
The community is long gone, forum is besically dead (they either ignore you or delete your posts, so why even bother? xD) and the game... well, even the game isn't like it used to be, WotLK is so old now, there's no sense of progression even on the progressive realms... and players seem more impatient and toxic.

I moved to another server, it's quite nice, but I still miss molten ;x

Same here, I played hours upon hours back in 2010-2012, and the forums were a really fun place. It's kinda desolated now compared to years ago. Gotta admit I barely play on Molten anymore, but the times I had here were really fun.
