Few question regarding coin trade

Hello, Id like to sell some stuff over the trade. Now I have some concerns

1. If I understood correctly, Warmane will take 1coin if the trade is bellow 30 coins and 2 coins if its above 30. Can I get a confirmation on this?
2. If I was to send someone the coins I obtained from the trade, how much would I have to wait & is there a cooldown on the transfer?
3. Is there a fee for transfering coins that we have received from the trade system?

So If I understood correctly.

1. Warmane takes 5% off the trade
2. Once you obtain the coins from the trade, you have to wait 72h to send them
3. When you send them you lose another 5%

Correct?

yes and that 5% fee will never be less than 1 Coins.
this means that if you send 2 coins 1 will be lost
