WOTLK PVP -what realm to chose

So, the title explains everything. I want to do some quality PVP. Arena, BGs, world PVP, low lvl camping. All the good stuff. Should i go lordaeron or icecrown?

The realm with more players interested into arenas is blackrock (check the 3s ladder of wotlk realms)
