1. Alliance PvE

Hey guys, i'm pretty new to the server and i have a few questions..how is the Alliance in regards to PvE on Lordaeron, I've heard some stories and read some threads saying its not the best of places compared to the horde, and i was wondering if some people could give me their opinion on this? I don't really want to be sorrounded by elitests asking for silly amounts of GS, if that's the case i might have to suck it up and play horde /shudder.

  2. Well there are basically two points here. First of all, if all you care about is top end game progression then horde atm has the best guilds (memories, the company). The thing with alliance is that recently it suffered a major decrease in raiding guilds mainly because some of them transfered to horde. That was due to the fact that since the server stopped having 12k pop, in the alliance guilds struggled more to recruit new players for progression, since horde had a bit more players and a most composed pve audience having the best guild on the server and stuff. This has led to the horde dominating in terms of pve atm on lordaeron. So right now in alliance many guilds are merging due to lack of new recruits. This ofcourse does not mean that you will struggle to find a guild in the alliance- the oppossite there is an even bigger demand for any kind of ranged dps or healers. Elitists can be found on both sides tbh, if you join a guild to start progressing through starter raids and stuff i dont think that will be the problem so its up to you ;)

  3. On Ali side are 3 guilds which are good. And they have core groups so theres no point to apply unless you want to be a bench player.

  4. Whats up with you guys misinforming everyone in literally every thread people ask about alliance side pve?

Yes, horde is superior in terms of raiding but that has pretty much always been the case. The start/middle of t7 was the only time when there was real competition between both factions and numerous guilds (most notably on alliance side) have left the server ever since.
Not a single alliance guild transferred over to horde side unless you count ~5people from a couple of guilds each switching over because their old guild was pretty much done and the majority of them just quit.

The only thing i agree on is that you most likely have an easier time to find a core spot in one of the alliance guilds since they are struggling more. Its summer, people go back to retail for a few weeks and i dont think you have a hard time finding a place in any guild on the server right now if you arent imbecile and/or fresh 80.

i guess thats true if you still suck at this game after several years but you will have an even harder time on horde side then ;)

What? So if I was 'skilled' in PvE, they would kick some core member and I would replace him? What the **** did you just write.

There's atleast 5+ people in each of those "3 good alliance guilds" that their leadership would be more than happy to replace with people of similar gear that simply play better and dont fail as often, yes.

Can you tell me the names of those guilds?
Btw: 15 spots isnt enough for new players. I mean theres 5 guilds for 1.5k active Alli players.
