WotLK Few newbie questions from a new player to Warmane (Icecrown)

Hi All!

I've already played years of Wotlk (my favorite expansion) on a Hungarian server, but as it has moved on to cata two years ago, after some time of wow-retirement, I've signed up to this server. I'm generally enjoying myself but some things I couldn't find info on. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

1. Account rank
I understand that I need achievements to rank up. However, is it the highest-achiever character that counts or is it the combined score of all my characters on that acc?

2. Account gold
In july I did a donation for 50+ coins. I spent most of it - but still have 7 left. Almost a month has passed...and I heard/read about coins getting deleted after 30 days - but the details are very unclear. Do donation coins get deleted, or does this only affect traded coins? At present, I can't afford any further donations - If donation coins do get deleted, is there a point in transferring these to another account as a gift to save them, or must I use them to get something of lesser value to not waste them?

3. GDKP's on Icecrown?
I've experienced an absolutely HORRIFIC raiding "culture" in nearly any raid unless it was specifically a guild-only raid.
I would like to avoid these in the future, but as a newbie to Warmane, getting into an icc25hc-capable guild is still a long way probably (although gearing is already going well). And so is gold gaining. GDKP's were a great way to go on the Hungarian server - you would gear up insanely fast if you had the cash for it. So far however I saw no gdkp's at all - is there a particular reason for this? Has there formerly been a demand for these raids,or is there any hope for them in the future? I'd definitely be up for gdkp's.

1. it combines all achi's on all characters, but only counts the same achi's once. for example, having 10 level 80 achi's counts as only have 1.

2. no clue.

3. some guilds do use gkdp, luckily most don't. it's one of the worst ways to distribute gear imo. if that is the kind of guild your looking for, just watch global or look through the guild recruitment thread.
