I cant faction change

Guys each time i try to faction change it gives warning '' Your account must be offline to purchase faction change'' Im already offline for a long time, is this bug ? how to fix this bull****?

log-out from the website > close your browser> try again

You have to turn off wow client then do what u want to do and launch wow again..
