I am quite interested,will /is there a Cata priority after Wrath is done ?(considering its nearly finished)I would just love to play on x1 Cataclysm realm similiar to Lordaeron?(but preferably with RDF enabled since we saw how lack of RDF afffects a lot of people).

Hope that is something you really intented to do ,Cata after Wrath is prime project since back in old days Neltharion/Greymane instantly peaked at que maximum.

If you got any insight id be glad,also id like to hear opinions of people regarding Cataclysm.

I have to think though, Greymane's popularity came from the fact that Cataclysm was fairly new at the time. It would be like Warmane announcing a WoD server once retail Legion comes out - of course it's gonna be popular.

The difficulties with Cataclysm at the time, in terms of development, was the constant feeling of one step forward, two steps back. If a Cataclysm realm was developed in quality comparable to WotLK, I still don't think it would bring in the kind of numbers that Icecrown currently does. If that's the case, the staff would have to consider whether or not it would be worth the effort needed to get that realm up to an enjoyable state to begin with.

The reality is, development will, if it hasn't been already, be split between the 3 expansions, with developers switching to and from different projects based on priority. Fully pledged development to a sole expansion, in my eyes, won't be happening again.
