Balance/resto pve

Hi guys i am just wondering which one class is more effective and searching for raids ,balance druid or resto dudu ? ty :)

As I main a resto atm I'll say resto's are needed more and it's also easier to get a group for anything, but being a lowbie healer might suck since it's easier to have a 5k dps in the group than a 5k healer failing at every corner.
If you're just starting wow I'd go for DPS, stick to it a bit till you learn more about the game and then get resto as offspec.
