WotLK Low framerate

I have been experiencing low framerates on wow. My computer used to run it on ultra graphics 60fps but now it only runs on 22-25fps even on lowest graphics. I had that problem fixed with graphics card driver update but few days ago it appeared again.

My computer:

Intel i3-3110M dual core + 2x hyperthreading
nVidia GeForce 710M - 2GB
RAM - 4GB;

I already tried:
1) Typing /reload in-game
2) Setting power plan to High Performance
3) Disabling Vertical Sync

P.S. It happens only to wow, I play Battlefield 3 on Ultra with 40-50fps.
Any suggestion to solve the problem will be appreciated.

Happens for me aswell, even tho i think my laptop is good enought to run the game.

16gb ram (1600mhz)
Samsung Evo SSD 500gb
GTX 765m 2gb

specs dont matter much i go down to 1 frame being drawn every 10-15 seconds in strand once the demo's spawn at battle start and it only goes away inbetween rounds. im not exaggerating, the screen only updates 4-6 times a minute.

i5-4460 + gtx 960 4gb

just some very problematic client/server side bugs

Deleting addons fixed it - back to 75fps
