Is it possible to consider the idea of increasing the respawn time of the quest item in the cave since there may be many people doing the quest at the same time and not "force" people to do this quest at a time when there are less people online? Or considering to add more of them too? I don't know if in the other servers happens the same but in Lordaeron is a pain having to run back and forth, killing mobs along the way and having to wait the quest item to respawn or seeing it taken by someone else who maybe just started the quest when you were there for an hour and you needed the last!
