How long does it take to have one item be added to the marketplace. I have suggested an item for Frostwolf over a month ago and it still isnt added. I just want to finish my transmog.

when you suggest to add an item it does not necessarily means they will accept it, maybe that it why.

Would be nice to at least get a response then. Like PM from the mod who manages that thread and deletion of the suggested item from said thread.

1. Moderators have nothing to do with the approval of anything in there, we just try to keep it clean from people discussing suggestions, wholly absurd suggestions, repeated suggestions or things that just don't belong there;
2. The thread has been up in its current incarnation since April - that's five months ago. Items are analyzed and added (or not) in a batch when Edifice decides enough suggestions have pilled up. There's no schedule for that to happen, so it could happen soon or only next year.
