Hello everyone!
I just started on warmane not long ago and i played for a week thus far, and now im here in the forums to explain what had happened to me yesterday in the server icecrown. On a fine evening i was leveling my horde warrior in Arathi highlands and all was going well until i met 2 level 80 Alliance players, and immediately i thought.. they wouldnt harm me would they? Turns out i was wrong.
They camped me for nearly an hour, i had enough and decided to log off for a few minutes and as it turns out, they were still around the corner and spotted me fast.. I tried to beg for mercy but because of the game mechanics they and i unable to understand one another.. I absolutely just wanted to call it quits and give up because there is nothing i can do, except take the punishment.. Thats until someone else showed up..
A Paladin with his awesome bike pulled up and observed what was going on. Without a word he charged at the Alliance players with his bright powerful wings and defeated my harassers in seconds.. I was so happy knowing i was finally saved and i thanked him graciously for the help he has provided for me. He gave me great advice for a noobie like myself and before he left he gave me a significant amount of gold which i didnt even ask for, and then he rode off.. helping other players in need.
I wish i have remembered to add him to my friends list so i could repay him back one day.. but i was too excited in the moment, but its something that i will never forget about. Thank you Sir Paladin, I hope our paths meet again!

i do this all the damn time, come across 80s killing lows then kill the high lv right in front of the nabs eyes and rez them.
it's free honor really, never had someone who kills lows put up a fight vs me.
i dont help if its a fair lowbie vs lowbie fight though, and ive been flamed for that.

Either it's me who is too negative or you being so sensitive. But it's actually funny the fact you're saying that, considering I have received two personal messages from other players last week, saying they appreciated my posts for being helpful and asking me more questions about the servers, on which I kindly responded without any problem. Oh well, I guess each player has his own opinion. Other than that, I'm "glad" I became "famous" around these areas for you
I don't care honestly, in the end, my only goal was asking if this thread is really worth it, considering the ammount of world PvP here, and in other private servers, and in retail from its beginnning, I mean, come on, isn't it just our bread of each day?

I'll give you that. I've only seen and handful of your replies here, so I don't know how you are 100% of the time.. but those handful I've seen were along the lines of "Don't share your opinion here" and then there "was there a reason to post this". THIS IS A FORUM. Period.
Everyone else seemed to enjoy, so yeah I'd say this post had some value.

I'm ally and I enjoyed this story too. I have a habit of helping any lowbie of either faction with escort quests if I come across them, specially those mechanical chicken ones in Ferales, Tanaris and Hinterlands. I helped a Horde lowbie a while ago in Tanaris and 3 lvl 80s came and killed me in spite of what they could see what I was doing, Later I got a wisp from an Ally who explained that the lowbie is his Horde alt and apologised for those 3 horde. He asked them not to but they ignored him. I told him it was ok if there weren't *******s in the world we would all be severely constipated.
