WotLK Icecrown lags and freezes

Hi, I keep experiencing long lags while connecting to the server in Icecrown, and the next thing is disconnects. Not sure whats happening but I verified my connection and my ping, and down/up transfer rates are perfectly normal. At this moment I cannot even log in, cause it auto-disconnects me.

Freezing may be normal since the name Icecrown gives a very huge hint why. Lag can have a mutlitude of reasons.
