Whats the best DPS spec for warlock? Im playing destro (3.8k gs) and the DPS is better than deme or affli, but lower than hybrid. Also every lock from a better guild have affli as main spec. When the affli overcame other specs? And which spec is best for low GS and high GS?

Hello.
You can play Destro or Hybrid now, since you're not doing ICC. Now, when you get some better gear (4.5K - 5K) you can stay Destro / Hybrid or play Demo to support the raid, your choice.
Affliction really gets it's full potential with good gear (+5.5K, maybe even higher) and I find it the best spec after you gear up.

All locks from the best guild on lord. are running Affli. And their DPS is really big. Mabye theres something bugged or what?

As far as I know, it's not. It could be, since i haven't played any PvE for some time, and I play on Icecrown.

In my experiance , afflli becomes better at about 5.8k gs

Demo if there is no warlock in raid except you. Affi u have around 1600 haste for full benefit from ur dots. u mentioned that u re playing at lordeiron that means u dont have bis gear yet. and it is impossible to get hard haste cap yet.
