WotLK Redemption

I've thrown away the quest item that gives me the quest chain start for the Redemption spell and i can't obtain it now and i'm unable to get it,any ideas?

You should make a ticket in-game, asking a GM for assistance with this.

No item needed for quest chain to start. Just go to the npc, take the quest from him directly and you ll do fine. For Horde it is anyway.
