So i send countless tickets to gms without any real answer rather than to post my problem here. I ordered a faction change with points so i can change from horde , i make the change and i log as a human everything is good, after a minute i get disconnected and when i logged in i was horde again without the faction change icon and it seems my points have gone to complete waste. I am new to the forum my character name is kristof and my only hope is that i really get support and get a new faction change if not a refund to my points.

You probably got caught up in a roll-back of some sort. So even if you did go through all the hassle of faction changing, the cached data still had that character down as Horde and not the new faction.

Send a screenshoot of your account history to GM as evidence that you spend your points for that or try to contact any admin-moderator on the forum by private message with your problem and with your screenshoot.
