It would be awesome, if you could add RolePlay realm for Roleplayers. I would totally play there, and i thing other players would agree with me. :)

if you want to rp do it on the existing realms. they won't create a pve realm for all the carebears, why would they create a new one for the roleplayers?

As much as I want something like this, I agree, the staff already has a lot of things to take care about.

Also, there's a prohibition for posting suggestion for a new realm

That's not a viable idea because many players (and I would say most) don't get into WoW for a roleplay experience. "Farming" and "rushing" it's more likely what Warmane players do. A Roleplay Server would be pretty empty here.

Well you are right that players that play on warmane are pretty much farming and rushing, but if they can, they sohuld do a pole to see if people like the idea it would be the most logical way to decide and think about it.
I am just saying give people what they want its like in elections,the side with the most votes wins.

Doesn't matter, players can not suggest new realms period.

That would be logical if the server is completely based on democracy
