WotLK BUG all naked Please HELP!

Hi .. i have a problem... i created a new character on Icecrown server and all character around me are NAKED , also i saw other characters lvl 80 with equipment and i see them NAKED , my girlfriend play with the SAME client on other pc and she can see everyone normally... anyone knows how i can solve this problem?

i just go to another server (Lordaeron) where I already have a character and there I see perfectly all armor.... the problem is in Icecrown with my new character... any gm can solve my problem?

is a bug with the NEW CHARACTER only ORC , i created a troll and can see all armors , i created a gnomo , human and more and see all armors later delete mi orc and create new orc and see all characer naked... /reload and all naked , reinstall the game and all naked... thx for help admins...

I discovered something new ... the problem is only when u create a ORC SHAMAN. if admins on sometimes want solve this bug.. here have information.
THE BUG IS WHEN CREATE ORC SHAMAN, ALL PEOPLE IS NAKED , CANT SEE ARMORS.

P.D: now i change my nick create new orc shaman and i can see the armors , this really crazy...
