Lordaeron Disconnection with character

Hello,

I was playing with my friend on the server "Lordearon", questing in the Barrens.
My character name is Latable
I got disconnected, impossible to reconnect on THAT character, i could connect on other one but not this one.
My friend has connected on my account and was able to connect on my character without any problems (to see if it would work)
When i have connected back, everything seems fine but i get disconnected again after like 20 seconds...

I tried to find an answer in the forum, it might have something to do with "cache", but a precise answer would be awesome

"Cache" is basically where WoW clients store things that were once accessed so it doesn't have to go through MPQ (data files) ALL over again to load things up.

The size of the cache file can be a problem later on as it will keep on stacking and stacking and stacking files over files over files.

It is recommend to reset them time to time in regular basis if you do not have a great CPU.


Steps are easy.

1.) Go to WoW directory.
2.) Find folder named "Cache"
3.) Simply, delete it. Permanently delete it, put it in trash bin, doesn't matter.

That should be it, although I am not entirely sure if doing so will solve your issue.

If that doesn't solve the problem, it might be the corruption in data folders which is highly unlikely, but just in case, try re-downloading the game.
