When i try to sell my lvl 80 toon on the market, i recieve an error saying i am ineligible to sell a character on the market? Can someone help me with this?

I believe you must had donated at least once to be able to use this feature.

That's correct. This feature available only to premium members and to get premium, you have to donate at least one time.
