1. No reply from the staff in support system

    It's been 4 days already and the staff is ignoring my ticket, is it so hard to reply one god damn ticket. Support is useless if everyone is looking away when players try to get in contact with staff members.
    And add "prefix" option on mobile version forum.

  2. your wait time for tickets depends on the number of tickets, as well as the ticket type. if it's ban appeal they have the lowest priority. if it's not a ban appeal than you simply have to wait for a reply.
