The Thunderspike Quest

Does anyone know is this quest bugged The Thunderspike http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10526/the-thunderspike
I want to get this item Malefactor's Eyepatch http://www.wowhead.com/item=31547/ma...#reward-from-q and for it I need to coomplete 3 quest lines in Blade's Edge Mountains. Anyone have any information on it?

I completed that quest about a year ago (not sure if it works now). Later down the line this quest seems to be bugged http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10720/t...lest-creatures so you still won't be able to get the item.

Alliance version of the quest chain is working fine though.

I managed to do the quest in the end. The problem was when the mob spawned my pet would kill him and there was no loot. When I killed him the loot was there. But now I am stuck on the quest you Jwicz mentioned. Argh... It seems there will be nothing from my pirate transmog :(

I should've searched the forum first , the smalles creatures quest is still bug (horde), a shame .

This quest works perfect on alliance side i have done it with my hunter few days ago :D
