Technical Y and Z keys mixed up

In Hungary we use what is called a German type of keyboard. It is pretty much the standard keyboard layout, except the Y and Z keys are swapped because in Germany and Central Europe Y is not used as frequently as in English, or so that's the pretext. So basically instead of QWERTY I have a QWERTZ keyboard.

Anyway, today the two keys got randomly mixed. If I press the Z key it will register as Y inside WoW and vice versa. How can I fix this?
